Yvette Lee

Principal Attorney

Ms. Yvette Lee is one of the leading immigration attorneys in the Bay Area. Ms. Lee is truly a citizen of the world, being Korean in origin and utilizing her experience into establishing multiple networking formations throughout the Pan-Asian region. In 1981, she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Ewha Women's University in Korea. Ms. Lee reinforced her background in liberal arts by acquiring her Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning at Ohio State University in 1984.  She thereafter worked as a Senior Manager at Citibank’s regional headquarters in Seoul for ten years before returning to the United States permanently in 1995. She also attended a MBA program in Yonsei University while she was working for Citibank. She acquired her Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Golden Gate University in San Francisco in 1998.  Ms. Lee was admitted to the California Bar in 1998 and has over twenty years of professional legal experience as the sole and supervisory attorney in her own firm.

 

Ms. Lee handles a wide variety of cases encompassing employment-based and family-based immigration proceedings.  She represents companies as well as individual clients spanning a diverse range of occupations, such as: multinational company executives/managers, healthcare employers/employees, researchers, and other professionals.  

 

Ms. Lee has considerable experience in securing temporary work authorizations for professionals in specialty occupations, as well as preparing green card and citizenship applications.  She prides herself in placing the client as the absolute top priority.  

 

Ms. Lee is authorized to practice before all courts in the State of California. Ms. Lee is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), as well as an active member in the AILA Silicon Valley Chapter.
